I’ve always wondered about the struggle to get legendary items in Warcraft, from Shadowmourne, tarecgosa’s visage, the Legendary capes, and the latest the ring. It seems each legendary item is only good for one expansion, if that at all, and some moments in Time Walking dungeions where the item level is reduced to the Expansion we’re going through.
Which brings me to the point, does the struggle of going through the various quests worth the item we receive in the end, is there a value we place in the item just being legendary make up for the struggle we go through to get it.
So many legendary items that are still being created like Shadowmourne and Tarecgosa’s Visage, make me feel there is an element of bragging rights that make the struggle to get a legendary item worth the effort.
For me being lazy as I am find it hard to get the motivation to actually go through the steps to create the item. Maybe you think differently
